Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead finance and HR teams in Singapore.
- Lead in improving Group's accounting, payroll, etc operations to industry best practices
- Lead the preparation of Management Accounts (Consolidate P&L Account, Profit Centre P&Ls and Cash Flow Statement) and review them together with the Directors for proper steering of Group's businesses.
- Assist and provide input in identifying actions to improve the bottom line
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory and management reporting of Accounts
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST return and annual financial audit
- Prepare and liaise with the tax agent for income tax submission
- Lead/ manage the payroll process, staff annual income tax return
- Consolidation with local subsidiaries and overseas offices
- Assist in financial planning to improve Companies’ investment strategies.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
