• Support administration processes in providing a pathway for MSF-SUSS Family Counselling Certification Programme (FCCP) graduates to be registered with the Singapore Association of Counselling (SAC).
• Support collaboration with training provider to revise and align the curriculum with requirements set by SAC’s Course Recognition Scheme
• Coordinate with agencies on the list of counsellors and supervisors who can be registered with SAC
• Secretariat support for project meetings
• Support service management of the Online Counselling on Family Assist (OCFA) including liaising with stakeholders and agencies, and tending to member of public enquiries on OCFA
• Support service management of Strengthening Families Programme@Family Service Centres (FAM@FSCs) including data management of professionals
• Support in planning and executing ad hoc organisational development initiatives, including staff induction, bonding, and staff wellness activities
