Company: An innovative China-based beverage brand, rapidly expanding its ventures in Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and recommend potential sites and properties for expansion, working closely with the Business Development Manager.
- Conduct comprehensive market research on neighbourhood demographics and trade area mapping to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of expansion initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Utilize financial forecasting skills to assess the financial viability of new outlets, including projecting profit and loss statements, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and determining breakeven points and return on investment.
- Manage tenancies and contracts, including arranging site surveys and submission packages.
- Develop and execute leasing renewal strategies, negotiating tenancy terms with landlords to secure favorable agreements in the best interest of the company.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Oversee the facilitation of our store mapping system, ensuring the accuracy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the related industry or job scope
- Language: English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin
- Possess own transport
- Fixed allowance
