Digital Sales Specialist

As the digital sales specialist, you will report to the subregional Commercial Head under the customer excellence team. Your job responsibilities include:

  • Promoting, selling and explaining all related products to potential or existing customers via phone & online
  • Manage customer relationships with current customer base plus all new customers allocated to the SME sector, through regular follow-ups and building up customer loyalty through strong relationships
  • Generate leads and opportunities using various sales procedures
  • Present solutions customized to the customer’s needs
  • Coordinate with various businesses/teams to obtain necessary details for responding to customer query/complain
  • Support the Digital Strategy and drive digital growth for Western Europe by utilizing digital tools such as Redox & SalesForce.com
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports as per reporting norms

Skills, competencies and experiences required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Science related field
  • Min 3 years of previous sales experience required with a mix of new business development and working with existing accounts and ability to demonstrate the process of tele-sales.
  • Proven track record of customer relationship development and management
  • Ability to understand buying behavior and needs of customers.
  • Results-driven, collaborative, innovative and future-oriented.
  • Ability to apply core and professional skills as well as communication skills, analytical thinking, customer centric approach and decision making while promoting and selling the products via tele-media.
  • Ability to work independently and is responsible for own work and learning.
  • Excellent communication skills, speak with confidence.
  • Fluent English-speaking skills to articulate to niche customers.
  • Corporate manners and etiquettes while interacting with customers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate customer loyalty by building a strong customer relationship.
  • Well versed with SFDC and Service Max.
  • Good team-player, has experienced working in a diverse organization.
  • Hybrid Work (Office & Work from Home).
