Responsibilities:
· Providing Process and Manufacturing Engineering support to Assembly and Test processes
· Supervise and coordinate activities of Manufacturing Engineers
· Develop cost-efficient methods to assemblies and equipment
· Provide technical expertise to all areas of Production on all aspects of Manufacturing
· Interface with Design Engineering and NPI team to assure new designs are producible to quality and cost objectives
· Research and implement new manufacturing technologies to minimize cost and maximize productivity and quality
· Develop technical and economic justifications, resulting in proposals for the implementation of new processes and capital equipment
· Review the availability of specialized equipment and tooling
· Evaluate technical parameters and capabilities of equipment and suppliers
· Oversee lean line implementation for all products and work with Industrial Engineer on layout design
· Define tool / equipment PM schedule and support annual equipment budgets plan
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Manufacturing Engineering
· 3 to 5 years of related experiences with Six Sigma knowledge
· Experience on setting up lean line will be added advantage
· Good interpersonal, resourceful and presentation skills
