Job Responsibilities:
As a Child Protection Coordinator/Officer, you will undertake the following portfolios:
Admin support:
- Conduct data collection and data processing relating to evaluation for projects under the Practice Innovation and Capability Development Team using Microsoft Excel and other data related programmes
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support through documentation, minute-taking, electronic publicity design, email communication, scheduling of meetings and venue and refreshment arrangement for meetings
- Assist the team in providing regular updates on project progress through administrative reports and presentations
- Organise, systematically document and file all practice guides and policy related documents electronically for knowledge management purposes
- Support in ongoing innovation and digitalisation for CPS practices
Casework support:
- Provide onsite and administrative support for coaching cases undertaken by Practice team (e.g., implementation of integrated coaching framework for CPOs, supporting with engagement of clients for coaching cases etc)
- Provide support for cases managed by other CPS teams (e.g., assisting with Malay interpretation, fetching CYPs etc)
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree qualifications
- Good writing and communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in other data analysis software is an added advantage
- Competent in using CANVA or other multi-media creative design software
- Good analytic and organizational skills
- Experience in social work/ social service setting is an advantage
