Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
• You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent for our clients through various channels (eg. Job portals, social media, professional networks).
• Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and face-to-face interviews to shortlist candidates.
• You will manage the full recruiting cycle from identifying potential candidates to facilitating successful placements.
• Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experiences and cultural fit.
Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted and strategic partner for their recruitment needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop customized recruitment solutions to meet their needs.
• You will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with the clients.
• You will be responsible to cultivate strong and long-term relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and delivering exceptional service.
Business Development
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends and potential clients.
• Generate leads and prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.
Requirements:
· Min. Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
· Proven track record of success in business development and client relationship management within the recruitment industry.
· Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role within the recruitment industry.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
· Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
· Self-motivated individual, able to work independently in a dynamic work environment
· Have analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
