Salary: up to $18.50 per hour (equivalent to $3400 per month)
Contract: 12 months
Working Location: Nearest to Outram Park MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office hours
Job Descriptions
- Proofread and coordinate inputs from internal and external stakeholders for guidelines/policies
- Liaising and scheduling meetings with committee/workgroup members and stakeholders.
- Manage appointments and provide administrative support to the various teams on patient safety and quality improvement projects.
- Compile reports, submissions, meeting agendas and follow-up actions.
- Perform secretariat and administrative duties for divisional and external meetings.
- Undertake scanning and analysis of literatures/ documents.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Degree in any relevant field.
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with various stakeholders from academical & healthcare sector.
