Job Description:
- Assist in planning and managing resources effectively to achieve objectives.
- Support accurate tracking of project costs to meet budget targets.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled with customers during project execution.
- Manage quality control and health and safety activities during project execution.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders on financial status, execution strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Maintain relationships with customers and vendors, including regular site visits and oversight during work execution.
- Participate in discussions about project/service strategy development and deployment.
- Provide technical support to the sales team during sales development and identify potential sales opportunities during project execution.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in building works execution, preferably in the Energy Industry.
- Familiarity with the Building Control Act by BCA and experience in personally supervising building works in Singapore.
- Basic knowledge or experience in executing turnkey projects.
- Understanding of project budgeting, cost tracking, and project management principles.
- Knowledge of safety, health, environmental, and quality practices.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Project Management certification is a plus.
