- Provide end user support for infrastructure and application issues
- Provide front office IT support, and respond promptly to urgent requests
- Adhere to IT Policies and procedures, complying with all regulations.
- Liaise with vendors
Skills and experience required
- Minimum 4 years of IT support experience, with experience in trade floor support
- Experience with voice systems such as BT Turret or Cisco IP Telephony is preferred.
- Familiarity with network and data center operations is preferred
- Strong vendor management
