- Prepare employment contracts, letters and other relevant documentation
- Data entry and filing
- Create new staff record in HR System
- Assist with new staff onboarding and induction such as creation of email address, ID and access card, locker keys, etc.
- Administer new staff’s confirmation status
- Assist with application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
- Arrange staff for medical check-up in accordance with MOM’s requirements and timeline
- Assist with the managing of staff dormitory and housing inspection
- Update employees’ information (e.g. address, contact details, qualification, etc.) in the system
- Assist in Singapore Nursing Board’s upgrading process and documentation
- Administer staff’s hospitalization and surgical (H&S) claims
- Administer staff’s work injury insurance claims
- Support in staff events and welfare
- Assist with staff’s resignation and exit clearance
- Administer and monitor staff immunization records
- Administer and update staff COVID-19 records
- Manage staff uniforms and inventory
- Assist in ordering of welfare gifts, vaccines, uniforms, name tags, back support and other staff related items
- Collate HR forms/ records
- Assist in HR related enquiries
- Undertake any other HR duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Management of the Company
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
- Immediate starter is preferred
