•Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of invoices, adjustments sent to customers including preparation of reports
•Analyse and provide solution paths for exceptional scenarios
•Analyse and tabulate the adjustments
•Test new initiatives that may be introduced into the various systems
•Process daily bill check/refund
•Any other project work that may be assigned
•May be requested to work overtime or/and weekend when required
