Job Responsibilities:
- Implementation of Smart Estate Solutions for HVAC, Power Management, Water Management, Lift/Elevator, and Integrated Workspace Management tools.
- Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols such as Modbus and OPC.
- Perform test and commissioning for implementation of solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on status, risks, mitigation, and timing to ensure project success.
- Keep Management informed of issues and changes which may impact expected business results, recommend alternative options to mitigate business impact.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout project lifecycles.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computing Science, or relevant disciplines.
- At least 2 years industrial controller projects experience i.e., BMS, open bus protocol, control engineering, etc.
- Experience in excute projects involving Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, and similar industrial controllers.
- Familiarity with building automation software and SCADA systems, e.g. WinCC, Ignition, Iconics, PcVue.
- Good understanding of industrial control system architecture design.
- Strong technical implementation and management skills and able to apply both business and technical insights to the project assignment.
- Experience in automation control systems in various applications, including commercial buildings, industrial buildings and data centers, etc.
- Knowiedge in chiller plant, IT cybersecurity, industrial programming or critical equipment (semiconductor production, power plant, offshore and Marine) will be added advantegous.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
