Requirements:
- Manage the service and maintenance operations cycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives regarding service and maintenance queries.
- Coordinate with internal parties to ensure resource allocation and project scopes are adequately met.
- Support and lead the service team.
- Manage service strategies, outline operational plans, allocate resources effectively, and monitor key performance indicators.
- Innovate team deployment and task allocation strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Oversee daily interactions with clients, aiming to exceed their expectations and improve engagement.
- Continuously identify opportunities to boost client satisfaction and strengthen business relationships.
- Understand each client’s industry, structure, and strategic goals.
- Manage various operational aspects of the service team.
- Ensuring timely and successful completion of service obligations to clients.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- With Diploma or Nitec in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience.
- Prio experience with Security Technologies (CCTV, Intrusion Detection Systems, etc)
- In-depth knowledge and experience with hardware and software.
- Experience with security systems configuring and programming applications is added advantage.
