Join Our Team: Project Manager (Commercial Cards) VCA - Virtual Card Accounts
Responsibilities:
- Manage all VCA clients and provide subject matter expertise on virtual cards, file feed and connectivity, and API connectivity.
- Support client requests for launch and ongoing technical support related to VCA card products.
- Conduct product trainings for internal stakeholders and clients to facilitate commercialization.
- Provide SME support for the launch of VCA product functionalities, including UAT and production testing.
- Act as presales support for complex deals.
- Assist with onboarding activities and data migration on the platform.
- Coordinate VCA Helpdesk escalation activities internally.
- Engage in stakeholder management, supporting internal teams, external partners, and clients on product enhancements and knowledge of VCA product.
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach and adapt quickly to new learning.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of Cards industry; Commercial Cards knowledge preferred.
- Expertise in virtual cards, APIs, and technical aspects.
- Strong team player with excellent communication, project management, and client/stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively.
