Job Opportunity: Supply Flow & Materials Planner
Join our team as a Supply Flow & Materials Planner, a key role in our Supply Planning Center.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams to address projected outages, manage replenishment, and optimize production and deployment plans.
- Develop and communicate timely production schedules and delivery plans for finished products and materials.
- Maintain master data in APO, SAP R3, and OMP+, conducting audits and verifying demand flow.
- Identify supply constraints and deployment risks, developing action plans to avoid service impacts.
- Drive Continual Improvement (CI) through standard work processes.
- Determine deployment priorities and assign inventory within the Supply Flow Planning Network.
- Communicate and resolve conflicting priorities with Site Operations.
- Participate in decision-making for safety stocks, inventory management, and production throughput.
- Align initiative execution with Category IOL to ensure smooth launches.
- Act as the main point of contact between supply chain and availability planners.
- Follow up on past due elements and contribute to root cause analysis for Case Fill Rate.
- Communicate material requirements plans to suppliers and resolve conflicts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Experience in supply chain planning is advantageous
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to identify and address supply constraints effectively.
