Responsibilities:
- Develop new leads and offer professional assistance to the clients.
- Oversee accounts throughout sales cycle and work with the client service executive and other departments.
- Determine improvements for the products, carry out costings, bids, proposals, quotations, negotiation, and sales orders.
- In-charge of providing weekly reports, addressing and resolve complaints from the clients.
- Responsible for providing technical support, responsive services and prompt complain resolution.
- Ensuring to maintain accurate record of the client’s contacts and sales services.
- Cultivate excellent client relationships.
- Other ad hoc tasks may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Competent with MS Office Applications and conferencing software.
- Knowledgeable in collecting, analyzing, processing and storing.
- Demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving.
- With interpersonal skills and able to perform multi-tasking.
