1) Generate quotations and prepare Bill of Quantities according to customer specifications.
2) Assist in creating design presentations and sample/mood board proposals based on client requirements, along with other project deliverables such as layouts and shop drawings.
3) Assist Business Managers in the preparation and submission of tender/RFQ/ITQ/RFP documents and presentation materials.
4) Promote products within the space, greet and assist customers, and handle phone, email, and walk-in inquiries about all products.
5) Respond promptly and efficiently to all inquiries received via phone, fax, email, and walk-ins.
6) Help resolve customer issues related to orders.
7) Coordinate projects with internal operations teams and oversee projects to their completion.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- With previous experience in Sales coordination will be a plus
- Knowledge of ERP Software and Microsoft Office.
- Immediate starter is preferred
