Description:
• Oversee the operations (Outlet & Kitchen). Responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations & maintaining high store standards and
conditions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service.
• Ensure compliance to company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are strictly adhered to
• Monitoring inventory and Stock taking.
• Provide orientation for new employees
• Planning & arrangement of work schedule for the outlet.
• Cashier Duties
• Submit daily sale report
• Perform opening and closing duties
Requirements
• Experience in F&B Operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on and customer-focused role, someone with drive, efficiency and assertiveness
• High initiative and positive attitude
• 6 days’ work week, including weekends/PH
