Human Resource(Recruitment)

  • Responsible for the full cycle of the company’s recruitment process such as hiring, employment contracts, onboarding & orientation and training & development.
  • Review and craft job descriptions (JD) and create a JD library.
  • Create and place job placement ads on job portals.
  • Screen resumes received and conduct preliminary interviews before shortlisting of potential candidates for interview with respective hiring managers.
  • Scheduling of interviews and conduct the interviews with hiring managers.
  • Responsible to follow up with job offer and conduct reference checks for selected talent.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and prepare salary proposals for selected candidates. Ensure proposed salaries are aligned with internal benchmark.
  • Responsible and administer foreign employment contract, work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
  • Responsible for administrative, on-boarding activities and logistics support for new hires such as explaining salary & terms of offer, contract preparation, personnel file preparation, induction and etc.
  • Ensure accurate data reporting, keeping close track of new employees’ probationary period and update recruitment tracking file in a timely manner
  • Track expenses relating to work passes and ensure consistency in billing.
  • Explore and pilot innovative sourcing methods, and continue to find new ways of improving the effectiveness of existing sourcing channels.
  • Handle all e2i Grants and Place and Train, or other grants that are beneficial for hiring needs.
  • Work with department managers to develop training programs for onboarding & orientation.
  • Conduct exit interview with resignee.
  • Prepare manpower and other ad-hoc reports.
  • Plan and participate in online recruitment fairs to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Assist on other HR projects as and when required

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or Business 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferably in manufacturing industry
  • Strong working knowledge in time management and payroll systems is advantage.
  • Working days : 5.5 Days
  • Work Location : Jurong West
  • Working Hour : 8:30am - 6pm (Monday -Friday)

: 8:30 am - 1 pm (Saturday)
