You will join the Global Maps Data Collection Team supporting in data collection projects across the APAC region.
Job description:
- Support Maps data-collection projects and running tasks in compliance with Maps Field Operations processes.
- Prepare and execute collection plans, monitor deliverables and performance of collection teams.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams/external partners to manage vendor requests, warehouse inventory, etc.
- Review collection data and facilitate performance reporting.
- Develop documentation and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position.
- Possesses operations, project management and inventory management skillsets.
- Excellent organizational abilities- confident working with large datasets, manage and prioritise competing tasks and deliver quality results within deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate issues, findings or analysis in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent communications and facilitation skills, both written and verbal, to guide and impose procedures with remote teams
- Ability to follow instructions and protocols.
- Self-driven individual with excellent time and project management skills and sense of urgency.
- Knowledge of Geographic Information System is a plus, not a must.
- Be willing to manage physical hardware/equipment by arranging calibration, maintaining inventory records
- May be required to travel internationally to vendors’ site to support training/operations.
