- Position: Assistant Commercial Manager (Quantity Surveying)
- Location: Ubi
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,800 + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct quantity take off, price, forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities
- Prepare forecast for monthly subcontractors payments
- Liaise with the client and data entry of project expenses into accounting software system
- Forecasting of final costs and sales
- Prepare and monitor project cashflow forecasts
- Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations
- Prepare submit and negotiate project final accounts
- Commercial vetting of sub-contractor tenders and contracts
- Assist in preparation and adherence to project purchasing targeting and costing budgets
- Lead and delegate work to junior quantity surveyor
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
- At least Diploma holder and 3 years of relevant experience
- At least 3 years of experience in the Interior Design industry preferred
