Responsibilities:
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling and coordination efforts. Manage day-to-day activities of Maintenance Agents for Plumbing and Sanitary Systems, Town Gas System, DC System, Roller Shutter, Auto door System, etc.
- Monitor the performance of outsourced mechanical maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to maintenance standards and timely completion of planned preventive maintenance schedules.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with performance standards for outsourced maintenance services provided by specialist vendors, particularly for mechanical systems critical to hospital operations.
- Coordinate and oversee improvement projects for hospital services and facilities, including system and equipment upgrades.
- Act as project manager for improvement initiatives in existing hospital facilities, such as renovations, retrofits, infrastructure replacements, and enhancements to specialized systems and facilities.
- Provide advisory and support to the maintenance team, including system rectification, troubleshooting, upgrades, expansions, condemnations, or replacements.
- Prepare technical specifications and drawings for system improvements, along with cost estimates and work schedules for project execution.
Job Requirement
- Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Prior experience with design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical systems & equipment will be an advantage.
- Advantageous to have prior experience in the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Advantageous to have prior experience in the management of building services and facilities operation, as well as involvement in improvement projects.
- Advantageous to have prior working experience in a healthcare setting.
