We are seeking a Global AI Training Program Consultant to support our digital skilling efforts. You'll work with national agencies to customize and deliver AI readiness programs, ensuring they are accessible and culturally appropriate.
Responsibilities:
- Customize and localize AI readiness programs for various countries.
- Conduct Global AI Train-the-Trainers sessions for partners worldwide.
- Schedule, run, and report on training sessions.
- Collect feedback from learners and trainers to improve program content.
- Implement AI content in after-school programs and boot camps.
- Manage and deploy part-time trainers.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth program implementation.
- Produce and validate technical content for non-tech audiences.
- Stay updated with new AI technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in delivering technical training.
- Familiarity with Python programming and libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
- Experience with Machine Learning methods (Computer Vision, NLP, Data Science).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Ability to work with international clients across different time zones.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Teams.
