Job Responsibilities:
-Prepare timetable for routine work
-Liaise with all authorities and agents on Public Relations issues
-Handle public enquiry
-Attend to and resolve resident/public feedback in a timely manner
-Project budget control
Job Requirements:
-At least 2-3 years relevant experiences in customer service is preferred
-Candidate must possess at least a diploma in any discipline
-Bilingual to communicate in major languages and dialect-speaking residents
-Meticulous with high integrity and effective interpersonal, writing and communication skills
-High level of initiative with excellent customer service and hardworking attitude to learn and to do more than expected
-PC literate, well organized and self-motivated
