Job Summary
FM Middle Office aims to deliver first class FM support as business enablement, product and process subject matter experts. Maintaining a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring accurate / timely trade lifecycle support via global Follow the Sun alignment to meet our obligations to clients, counterparties, and regulators.
The Data Analytics role aims:
· To provide Business Intelligence Analytics for FM Business, across the global footprint to help.
· drive process improvement, by understanding the end-to-end product lifecycle and the current touchpoints.
· Understanding of our clients and how we do business with them nature, behavior and patterns of our corporate Clients in order Business to make the right economic decision.
· To ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services to customers through meeting or exceeding customer expectation guided by the Service Level Agreement, efficiency / accuracy standards and good business processes / judgment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
· New business enablement and solutions, partner to deliver strategic FM initiatives.
· Constantly seek opportunities to improve global consistency, work closely with the Front Office and other support functions to close gaps and standardize processes.
Business
· Act as Auction Representative for the Bank on the ICE Benchmark Administration (IBA) gold (twice daily) and silver (daily) auctions in both a maker (inputting the Bank’s respective order entry) and checker (reviewing the proposed order entry) capacity. Cover the Bank’s respective House and Client positions accordingly on the WEB ICE Trading Platform and adhere to the IBA’s Rulebook and Code of Conduct that cover the Bank’s status as a Direct Participant on the Auction.
Processes
· Drive continuous improvement and innovate:

· Work with FM to identify booking model improvements and drive efficiency
Risk Management
· Operations representation for external/internal and regulator scheduled audits:
· Ensure Audit points are addressed within timelines
· Achieve regulatory compliance and future proof the Middle Office model through a strong understanding of current rules and anticipation of upcoming regulations
Governance
· Adherence to Ops Risk Framework standards of implementation and process management:
· Continuous review of procedures and booking model

Other Responsibilities
· Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in FM Middle Office; Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats);
· Support stakeholders to collate and produce Product metrics,
· Periodic circulation of Weekly / Monthly reports (as consented / agreed by central product team) to Middle Office, FM Sales, FMO, for their consumption and usage, with a view to improve performance and facilitate client discussions.
· MIS dashboards supporting stakeholders ability to act on and guide prioritization of efforts against scorecard deliverables
Our Ideal Candidate
· Diploma or Any Graduate Degree from a recognized University
· 1+ Year Experience in Banking and understanding of Financial Markets
· In depth knowledge of Power Bi
