HR Manager
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for overseeing various HR functions
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company goals
- Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure timely and accurate administration.
- Conduct regular HR audits and manage HR-related documentation.
- Implement effective employer branding strategies to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three or more years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is required to liaise with English/Chinese speaking stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Familiarity with HR software
