- Min. 10 years experience in consruction
- Must have good working attitude and able to work with others smoothly
- Oversee construction projects and project teams to ensure on-time project delivery according to the planned schedule and within the resources allocated.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, main-contractors and relevant authorities on design, work progress, quality, safety and schedules.
- Implement guidelines and provides supervision and expertise to the team
- Manage different phases of project from design to completion and ensuring efficient use of resources and enhance cost-effectiveness throughout projects
- Attend site meetings, inspecting, monitoring and reporting of project progress
- Review and redesign work flows and processes if necessary to mitigate safety risks
- Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
