Job Description:
The Engineer who displays leadership qualities and with strong conversational skills and outgoing attitude. Detailed and technical orientated person.
- Specialisation 1: Process Analyzer and System for measuring process quality in the plans
- Specialisation 2: Well rounded, multi-disciplinary mechanical work, electrical power and control system, chemical process applications and equipment operating system, some IT and network
- Specialisation 3: Executive assigned job or work such as in-house testing, site commissioning, site modification, customer training and site survey.
- Plan for jobs and organise work pro-actively at least 1 week in advance to ensure high utilisation rate.
- Study and discuss internally on the drawings, specification and manuals of assigned Analyzer or Analyzer System to understand their function and operations.
- Using in-house database, select and prepare testing procedure, checklist, and testing report. Customise to specific requirements when necessary.
- Prepare tools and material in advance to ensure the test work can be complete effectively and timely.
- Perform the testing, site commissioning, troubleshooting jobs accordingly to test procedures and checklist considering site and safety requirements and constraints.
- Ensure IHT/FAT and site service reports are submitted and signed at the end of each day work so that invoice can be processed.
- Technical, Safety, Company Operation, Soft Skill Training, and on-the-job training & local overseas analyser training
Job Requirement:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience from Chemical, Engineering or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering background
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Working in plant environment maybe be required depending on demand
