Role Description:
This pivotal role will be an integral part of our Finance team, based in Singapore, and will report directly to our CEO. As a Finance Manager, you will serve as the primary link between financial management and organizational leadership, ensuring the alignment of financial strategies with broader business objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in driving financial excellence and fostering strategic growth initiatives within the company.
We are seeking a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in financial management and FP&A. The ideal candidate will excel as a strategic thinker, capable of providing insightful financial guidance to senior management while effectively managing day-to-day financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Spearheading financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Developing and presenting comprehensive financial statements, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive budgeting and FP&A processes.
- Conducting rigorous financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance.
- Ensuring strict adherence to financial regulations, compliance standards, and company policies.
- Leading and coordinating financial audits and reviews.
- Providing strategic guidance and support to the CEO and senior management on financial matters.
- Overseeing the finance team and providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
- Driving process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Sound knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
