Role Description:
This position will be part of our Finance team based in Singapore.
Serving as the linchpin between financial management and customer service, this role is instrumental in ensuring that our financial operations not only meet but exceed the expectations of our clients. Our Finance Executive plays a crucial role in driving successful financial outcomes while cultivating long-term client relationships.
This position requires a dynamic individual with strong communication and financial accounting skills, capable of being an effective team player and ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Managing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Assisting in budgeting and financial planning processes
- Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making, monitoring cash flow and financial performance
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Participating in audits and financial reviews
- Supporting the finance team in day-to-day operations and special projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking/Business Administration/Financial Informatics preferred
- Minimally 2 years of financial accounting experience
- Ability to confidently present and pitch ideas to internal/external stakeholders
- Experienced in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Xero, etc
- Strong command of English as we operate globally
