• Oversee the identification of new business opportunities/accounts.
• Respond promptly and professionally to business inquiries from customers/clients and team members.
• Collaborate in the preparation of thorough and compelling proposals tailored to customer requirements, including delivering persuasive presentations.
• Assist in the submission of tenders.
• Provide support to the Business Development department across various tasks.
• Utilize industry knowledge, applications, and product expertise to capitalize on opportunities.
• Ensure smooth transfer of information to the Project Team upon project award.
• Fulfill any additional duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
• Diploma in IT/ Business or related fields.
• Familiarity with current technologies/tools/platforms used in Web and App Development.
• With software solution sales experience preferred.
• Experience in handling government agencies’ accounts will have added advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based solutions.
• Great interpersonal & communication skills.
• Strong client management & account servicing experience.
• Self-driven and independent, but ability to work in cross- team effort.
