POSITION SUMMARY
This incumbent shall develop the essential oils business, through both direct to end-users and also through export channels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop the Essential Oils and its related products business on a global basis.
Seeking out clients in the assigned regions, mainly Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, and other assigned countries.
Accurately forecasting future sales & forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in marketplace, both national & international scale.
Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions.
Foreseeing & avoiding stagnation in the marketplace.
Forming sales strategies to be competitive & innovative.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have a pioneering and entrepreneur spirit as well as leadership capabilities.
Min 1 year experience in the marketing and promotion of spice oils/spice oleoresin or processed food ingredients or chemicals.
Possess leadership skills, planning, and analytical skills.
Extensive sales contact in current field or related field.
Willing to travel overseas (ASEAN region).
