Job Responsibilities:

  1. Grow Chinese futures business in Asia - this includes developing and executing growth plan in regard to industrial clients and financial institutions to trade Chinese internationalized futures products (specified domestic products).
  2. Work closely with Singapore teams as well as Mainland China teams to bring new products (e.g. new derivatives products) to the market and new channels (e.g. TRS, QFII) to the clients, this includes collecting customer feedback, marketing plans, etc.
  3. Work with various cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness in the key markets in Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, S. Korea, Japan, South-East Asia).
  4. Manage and track the needs of commodities customers, and provide customized services of risk management, hedging, arbitrage, etc.
  5. Other work assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  1. BSc/MSc in Finance/Economics/Business or any related degree
  2. Excellent Chinese and English communication skills, both verbal and written is required to liaise with our Chinese counterparts.
  3. Professional level of other major Asia language is an advantage.
  4. 5+ years of experience with derivatives or spot commodities, working with institutional clients.
  5. Experience in high performing teams and institutions is preferred.
  6. Experience in business development, partnerships or any client-facing role within financial services would also be advantageous.
  7. Experience in several important Asian markets; deep understanding of both Asian and Western mindsets and ways of doing business.
  8. Familiar with Chinese futures market, working experience in Chinese FCMs or overseas subsidiaries is preferred.
  9. Familiar with industry chain, with rich industrial customer resources and social resources.
  10. Good at communication and teamwork. Strong initiative, excellent resource integration ability and business promotion ability.
