Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and friendly, providing exceptional customer service from the moment they walk in the door.
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon's booking system efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about salon services and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Assist stylists and other salon staff with various tasks as needed.
- Handle transactions, including cash, credit card payments, and issuing receipts.
- Keep track of inventory and assist with sales.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a salon or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with salon software and booking systems is a plus.
- A passion for the beauty industry and willing to learn about salon services and products.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin for attending to Mandarin-speaking clients.
