Key Responsibilities:
Budgeting and forecasting planning
-Monitor and analyze cash flow, ensure sufficient funds to meet purchasing demands and company operations.
-Coordinate and manage Trade financing and banking facilities
-Coordinate and liaise with trade credit insurer
-Prepare financial forecast & Profit margins
- Prepare presentations of financial statements, management reports.
- Lead the singapore tax compliance, ensuring correct and timely tax calculation, filing, reporting and payment.
-Ensure that statutory requirements are met externally (i.e. External auditors, local laws and regulations) and internally.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum ACCA Diploma
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in Finance and Accounting
- Excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and direction
