Requirements
· Diploma in HR with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in staffing agency
· Knowledge of SAP will be advantage
· Proficient in Excel & MS words
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Able to work independently and a team-player as well
· Bilingual in English and Chinese for handling Chinese speaking clients
Responsibilities
· Provide full recruitment support
· Assist in end-to-end interview process, work pass & dependent pass (new application / renewals)
· Administer employee benefits, government claims and surveys.
· Update employee’s profile in HR system
· Conduct employee communications sessions related to onboarding, annual benefits enrolment, employee share programs
· Required to travel to site office once a week
· Ad hoc duties assigned by the Management
