Job Descriptions
- Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to clients and subcontractors to ensure updated drawings are issued
- Prepare method statements and work procedures
- Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to update work progress
- Ensure quality of work and compliance with all government and safety regulations
- Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation
- Manage procurement of resources, and monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or incorrect usage
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating with consultants on change orders and work closely with the Quantity Surveyor by providing necessary supporting documents
- Organize labor, equipment, and materials for day-to-day site activities
- Conduct material receiving inspections and maintain material records
- Ensure all delivery orders are returned to the office for record-keeping
- Prepare daily and monthly progress reports, and perform and maintain inspection records
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction project management
- Proven experience in managing document and drawing transmissions
- Experience in preparing method statements and work procedures
- Experience in conducting meetings with subcontractors and updating work progress
- Familiarity with government and safety regulations related to construction
- Experience in overseeing drawing management and technical documentation control
- Proven ability to manage procurement and control material usage on site
