What the role is:
Temporary Executive, Finance (6 months)
What you will be working on:
• Support the asset verification exercise and coordinate with Schools and Departments to ensure progress is on schedule.
• Ensure the asset tags are printed and handed over to Schools and Departments.
• Ensure proper safekeeping and upkeep of loan records related to equipment used for asset verification.
• Generate system reports to provide weekly updates on the progress.
• Handle queries from users with timely response.
• Coordinate artworks valuation for Schools and Departments.
• Other ad-hoc duties / administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager.
What we are looking for:
• Preferably GCE ‘A’ levels, ITE, Diploma or other recognized educational certification holders
• Proficient in MS Office (particularly in Excel and Outlook)
• Effective in written and verbal communication in English
• Good team player
• Commit for minimum 6 months with possibility to extend
