Main Tasks And Responsibilities:
- Establish quotations for customers.
- Liaise and work closely with the customer on their request on a day-to-day basis.
- Establish DF contract/addendum after-sales concluded and ensure contract received with signatory and filed.
- Ensure all DF contracts/addendum are updated to HQ and the billing team.
- Establish BAF adjustment rates and update DF customers monthly.
- Liaise and work closely with the Cochin office for DF invoice issuance.
- Liaise and work closely with respective POL offices on their inquiry if any.
- Establish sales reports monthly
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma qualification in business/economics/ logistics/ maritime studies.
- Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
- Candidate should be equipped with good numeracy skills
- Candidate must be meticulous with details, multi-tasking, possess a positive learning attitude, and be able to cope with the fast-paced working environment
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel
