Job Description:
Contract Management:
- Prepare tenders and commercial bids for new business.
- Develop and present project proposals.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs.
- Produce plans, budgets, and timescales.
- Discuss, draft, review, and negotiate business contracts.
- Ensure contracts align with corporate goals.
Project Coordination:
- Agree on budgets and timescales with clients.
- Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Manage unexpected costs.
- Monitor project progress through site meetings.
Client Liaison:
- Act as the main contact for clients, site, and project managers.
- Work with third parties to clarify roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure projects meet technical standards.
Team Management:
- Lead and support a team of Quantity Surveyors (QSs) and Project Managers.
- Review contract terms and identify potential risks.
- Resolve contractual issues and manage legal implications.
Financial Management:
- Call for and evaluate quotations.
- Prepare project budgets and track changes.
- Assist in subcontractor and supplier awards.
- Certify contract variations and progress claims.
Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare reports on contract status for management.
- Maintain a contract management system database.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Education and Experience:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications such as CCCM, CPCM, CFCM are welcome to apply!
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management.
- Proficiency in Contracts Administration and Tenders.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
