Job Description
PROCUREMENT & ACCOUNTING
Ensure the accuracy of ECRF, MEMO, SOW, PR/PO, vendor invoice etc.
- Update financial tracker on timely basis.
- Follow up vendor invoice, payment, and SOA reconciliation.
- Prepare and update the weekly/ monthly reports.
- Ensure all the filling is up to date.
ADMIN
- Business travel logistics.
- Meeting Rooms / Projectors booking.
- Govern clean desk policy.
- General housekeeping.
- Department Org Chart updates.
- Track On-boarding / Off boarding, seating, locker etc.
- Time-sheet assignment.
- Asset listing.
- Assist in coordinate events and workshops.
PROJECT Related
- Coordinate info collection and submission (e.g., Project budget, CAPEX/OPEX purchasing, Resources related, Project milestone and etc.)
- Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations.
- Support development effort charge out projects.
- Extract and prepare timesheet reports
- Track against approved monthly charges and raise any discrepancies to Pillar Leads
Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- A friendly demeanour and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to learn and adapt towards procedural changes.
