Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
· Identify new business opportunities, fostering the development of integrated origination initiatives for the LNG business and maximizing opportunities for portfolio optimization.
· Articulate suitable strategies for LNG business development (identifying potential markets, buyers, sellers) with focus on both long-term and spot opportunities.
· Conduct regular and cadenced energy market analysis and carry out regular interactions with industry experts and consultants.
· In collaboration with Eni Global Gas & LNG Portfolio units, ensure market analysis activities support the development of identified origination activities.
· Support in the preparation and preliminary negotiation of confidentiality agreements, key terms, Heads of Agreement for possible LNG sale and purchase transactions with interested counterparts.
· Ensuring the follow-up of approved origination initiatives, participating in their negotiation and completion in collaboration with other Eni Global Gas & LNG Portfolio units.
· Managing relationships with end users in key markets.
· Ensure a regular communication flow between the Singapore office and the Italian HQ.
Qualifications & Experience:
· MBA in an economic discipline
· 5-7 years of experience in the LNG sector
