· Managing day-to-day administrative functions (Sort mails, general filing…. etc)
· Prepare quotations and tenders.
· Get supplier quotes, issues PO…. etc
· Knowledge of XERO software is an advantage
· Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills ·

· Able to work independently, self-motivated.
· Good in MS Office and Power point.
