Job Descriptions:
- Assist the Planning Manager during project execution
- Assist Planning manager in gathering information and data entry
- To check and verify subcontractors programme, project deliverables, site progress with project baseline.
- Preparation of progress reports for submission to client
- Gather site construction / installation progress information and prepare progress monitoring documents.
- Liaising with construction / Installation teams to develop weekly working programme.
- Any other assigned ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in any Engineering disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction Industry
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge in Project Management software Primavera is at an advantage.
- Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to work in Tuas and commit overtime as and when required
