Responsibilities:
- Liaison person to communicate updates, information, and changes with internal stakeholders on project updates and progress
- Provide support and assist Manager with project documentation, planning, requirement gathering, test scripting, project timeline tracking, etc.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing and Quality assurance for new features on digital channels
- Work closely and support technical teams to resolve identified issues
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Period:
- 1 year contract

Working Hours:
- 8.30am to 6pm, Mon to Fri
Salary:
- up to $2800 + bonus
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level with at least 1 years of relevant work experience in project management support role
- Familiar e-services implementation on digital channels (web, app and kiosk)
- Ability to multitask, well organised, eye for details
- Self-starter, able to work independently while being a cohesive team member
