Marketing and Communications Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Write and develop impactful content in multiple formats to include editorial articles, videos/webinars, marketing brochures, infographics, event collateral, social media posts, amongst others
- Manage the Firm’s social media platform to include content coordination, development and execution
- Build and maintain relationships with the media and coordinate all media requests and activities
- Developing business pitches and proposals across practice groups
- Managing Firm award submissions to include coordinating, providing recommendations on and drafting of submissions, and organising research interviews with internal and external stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining written profiles of lawyers in the Firm
- Overseeing the coordination of marketing sponsorships
- Supporting the team in events organisation and execution
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a business-related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution
- A minimum of 2 years’ or more (for the senior role) related working experience
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services firm is advantageous but not a pre-requisite.
- Exceptional writing ability
- A good command of the Chinese language (spoken and written) is advantageous
- Excellent verbal communication skills and detail oriented
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge and experience in the use of Adobe Suite, Adobe Premiere Rush/Pro, DaVinci Resolve would be advantageous
