Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries on product availability, pricing, and delivery details.
- Collaborate with Sales on pricing, supply, and payment issues.
- Manage order-to-delivery process, coordinating with teams and customers.
- Ensure smooth delivery, adapting to changes and providing advice on local conditions.
- Follow up on orders, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and monitor account performance.
- Provide guidance to the team and assist in day-to-day operations.
- Supervise customer service functions and resolve issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of order management experience.
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain or Business or Sales & Marketing.
- Strong communication skills and proactive approach.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently, both independently and in a team setting
