This is a 24-months renewable project.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and the project team to identify, analyze, and review design needs and requirements for estimating testing scope and schedule.
- Develop and maintain software testing deliverables, including test plans and functional test cases, in alignment with requirements.
- Execute functional tests to ensure software functionality meets specified criteria.
- Manage defects effectively throughout the testing process.
- Collect and report on testing progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Embrace, execute, and advocate for the company's software testing and quality assurance processes.
- Actively participate in various Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and sprint retrospectives.
Requirements:
- Possess 5 years of team management experience.
- Experience in Software Testing (Manual and/or Automated), System Tests, Integration Tests, and/or User Acceptance Test is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in both Waterfall and Agile project environments.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to comprehend complex business and systems swiftly, offering suitable solutions for clients.
- Ability to adapt to varying workloads and multitask with attention to detail within a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
