Overview:
In this role, you will be required to support the day-to-day operations of the outlet you are assigned to. You will be representing the company, in charge of interacting with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be required to maintain outlet cleanliness, handle outlet opening and closing, process customers’ orders and responding to customer enquiries. The ideal candidate should have an amiable personality, good communication skills and adopt a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities include:
- Attend to customers and provide advice on products, brand or company related enquiries;
- Process customer’s orders and carry out cashiering duties;
- Upsell promotional products and/or new products to customers;
- Basic food preparation and packing of products;
- Daily maintenance of outlet’s cleanliness and sanitation and adhere to hygiene and safety standards;
- Perform service recovery positively intending to keep patrons happy and ensure recurring business;
- Responsible for outlet opening and closing;
- Assist in day-to-day outlet operations;
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management.
Minimum qualifications
- Relevant F&B work experience / internship
